Teams Admin and Global Admin users have access to settings, where you can create and manage templates. In the template overview you will find all the templates you have created and templates which are still in draft. You can easily find out if the individual templates need approvers for the creation of new Teams, 365 Groups or SharePoint Sites. You can also edit the template by clicking on the menu button next to them, and customize settings and applications.
Template General Configuration
In General Settings you will can define name, description, owners, and members. Choose the template name then describe what type of Team template it is and it’s use. Giving a good name and description to your templates makes it easier for the users to choose the right template. You can predefine owners and users in the template, making it easier to set up teams with the correct structure and members from the start.
Teams template naming policy
You can pre-define what name you want teams based on each template to have. You can add a prefix such as “UK” for country and suffix such as “2020” for current year. This makes it easier for requester and your Teams follow a standard

Channels and folders
In each template you can pre-define what channels to be created when a new team is created. Within each channel you can set up a document structure with folders.rn

Onboarding and offboarding can be time consuming, in addition to having privacy issues. Overview & Control lets you add and remove one or multiple users to multiple Teams at same time. You can easily choose which Teams you want to add or remove them from. This will save you a lot of time and effort.
